Establish a promotional eligible list for four (4) years for Assistant Police Chief, Exam #75758. 6. Consider an MSD-222 to establish one (1) position of Deputy Treasurer (Troy School District) for the Troy School District Appointing Authority. 7. Consider an MSD-222 to reclassify one (1) Assistant Building Plans Examiner to the classification of Plans Examiner for the City of Troy Appointing Authority. 8. Consider an MSD-222 to reclassify one (1) Assistant Planner to CDBG Project Manager for the City of Troy Appointing Authority. 9. Establish a job specification for CDBG Project Manager. 10.
