Consider an MSD-222 to establish one (1) new position in Public Safety, Fire requested by the City of Troy Appointing Authority to be titled Automotive Helper. 5. Establish an open competitive eligible list for four (4) years for Library Assistant, Exam #2304. 6. Consider an MSD-222A to establish one (1) additional position of Assistant Affordable Housing Specialist for the Troy Housing Appointing Authority. 7. Exempt class review of Private Secretary to Corporation Counsel position to determine if it still meets the criteria for placement in the Exempt Class. 8. Consider an MSD-222 to re-establish one (1) position of City Treasurer for the City of Troy Appointing Authority. 9. Exempt class review of City Treasurer to determine if it still meets the criteria for placement in the Exempt Class.
