Amendment to the Troy Civil Service Rules Appendix B: to include the following titles in participation with the NYS Civil Service HELPS program; Secretary I (HELPS), Typist (HELPS), Stock Clerk (HELPS), and Registration Clerk (HELPS). 2. Amendment to the Troy Civil Service Rules Appendix B: Add the titles of Water Plant Maintenance Assistant, Video Clerk, Recreation Maintenance Worker II, Golf Course Manager and Senior Auto Mechanic. Appendix B- Non-Competitive Class Title. 3. Consider the minutes of January 7, 2025, special meeting. 4. Consider an MSD-222A to establish two (2) additional positions of Account Clerk, for the Troy Housing Appointing Authority.
