Public forum The public is encouraged to attend the ethics commissions monthly meeting to address the commission, or to turn in sworn complaints (there will be no discussion on submitted complaints or current cases). Speakers are limited to 5 minutes and are to be directed to the Commission only. IV. Approval of Minutes from last meeting May meeting was cancelled. No quorum present. V. Open Issues 1. Annual disclosures - 2014 Commissioner Cubit 2015 Chairwoman Bennett 2. Review of Nepotism in City Charter - Commissioner Cubit and Fish Recommended change to definition - Troy § 43-4. Definitions FAMILY Any person related to an officer or employee by blood or marriage or other legally recognized familial relationship. Cohoes § 36-2. Definitions RELATIVE A spouse, domestic partner, parent, step-parent, sibling, step-sibling, step-sibling's spouse, child, stepchild, uncle, aunt, nephew, niece, first cousin or household member of municipal officer or employee and individuals having any of these relationships to the spouse of the officer or employee. 3.
