City of Troy, Ethics Commission Monthly Minutes 433 River Street Troy, New York 12180 September 23, 2015 - 6 pm I. Call to Order 6:15pm II. Roll Call Present: Cubit Bennett Carmichael Scales Fish Warnock‐Graham Absent : Ellis III. Public forum The public is encouraged to attend the ethics commission’s monthly meeting to address the commission, or to turn in sworn complaints (there will be no discussion on submitted complaints or current cases). Speakers are limited to 5 minutes and are to be directed to the Commission only. IV. Approval of Minutes from last meeting V. Open Issues 1. Annual disclosures - 2014 Commissioner Cubit – Closed final compliance numbers will be in annual report. 2015 Chairwoman Bennett – Commissioner Cubit will send the 2014 filers to Chairwoman Bennett. Commission Counsel will contact Corporate Counsel for required filers. 2. Removal of discussion from the minutes. Motion to lift from table - Warnock‐Graham, seconded Aye ‐6 No‐0 Motion to leave meeting discussions out of printed minutes – Carmichael. Seconded. Aye – 6 No ‐ 0 VI. New Business 1.
