The proposed uses include a Day Spa and food take-out. These measures are to include a detail on proposed lights, a pervious buffer zone on the north end of the parking lot to address groundwater runoff, sign off on curbs by City P.E., placement of parking stalls ensuring a 25 ft front setback or seek an additional variance, provision of entrance/exit arrows on drive entrance, and sufficient and adequate placement of garbage provisioned with servicing agreement. The City of Troy Planning Board will be conducting in-person meetings, however members of the public may attend and participate virtually by clicking the zoom link on the planning webpage. Additionally, the applicant proposes to replace sidewalks, provide bicycle parking, EV charge stations for electronic vehicles and install planters/enhance green footprint.
