Applicant is Dwyght Mack of 2338 16th Street, Troy, New York 12180. New Business Agenda PC2015‐001 Site Plan Review ‐ proposal to demolish an existing two‐story, single family, residential building located at 130 Lincoln Avenue, zoned R‐2, ID 112.45‐4‐4. Applicant is Erle R. Daniels of 104 Birch Street, Troy, New York 12180. PC2015‐002 Site Plan Review ‐ proposal to occupy an existing two‐story building located at 694 5th Avenue for the purpose of business/office use, zoned R‐4, ID 80.48‐4‐1. Applicant is Mick Butler. PC2015‐003 Site Plan Review – proposal to occupy the first floor of an existing multi‐story, mixed‐use building located at 93‐95 Congress Street for the purpose of a restaurant, zoned B‐4, ID 101.61‐1‐4.2. Applicant is Ghidei Ghirmay of 2 Ahl Avenue, Lot 8, Albany, New York 12180 Should any unforeseen events occur, any of the proposals noted herein may not be reviewed at said hearing. Any proposals previously tabled by the Commission may be reviewed at this hearing without benefit of public notice. Any other proposals reviewed by the Commission at this hearing will receive publication in this newspaper at least five days prior to the hearing date.
