- Planning Commission NOTICE of PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of Troy, New York will conduct a public hearing on Wednesday, July 27, 2016 at 6:00 P.M. in the City Council Chambers, 5th Floor, City Hall, 433 River Street, in order to hear and decide on proposals for development as follows: PC2016‐038 SEQRA and Site Plan Review of a proposal to occupy a vacant lot as a towing and impound lot. Property is located at 11 Orr Street, a B_5 Zone, ID 90.71‐2‐8. Applicant is Jack Cox, 801 River Street, Troy, NY 12180. TABLED at request of the board. PC2016‐046 SEQRA and Site Plan Review of a proposal to construct an addition to an existing industrial use building. Project location is 18 Industrial Park Road, an IND Zone, ID 112‐4‐32. Applicant is 18 Industrial Road Properties, Troy, NY 12180. Tabled at the request of the board PC2016‐047 SEQRA and Site Plan Review of a proposal to subdivide and construct multiple townhomes. Project location is Project Road at Delaware Ave, an R‐3 Zone, ID 112‐4‐15. Applicant is Charles Casale, 551 main Ave, Wynantskill, NY 12198. Conceptual Approval Granted PC2016‐048 SEQRA and Site Plan Review of a proposal to convert a church and school building into 17 apartments. Project location is 2238‐2246 12th Street, an R‐3 Zone, ID 101.39.9‐1. Applicant is Brett Steenburgh, PE, 2832 Rosedale Road, Niskayuna NY 12309. Conceptual Approval Granted PC2016‐049 SEQRA and Site Plan Review of a proposal to convert an apartment building into a fraternity. Project location is 20‐26 13th Street, a B‐2 Zone, ID 101.71‐8‐1. Applicant is Redmond Griffin, 22 1st Street, Troy, NY 12180. Approved Should any unforeseen events occur, any of the proposals noted herein may not be reviewed at said hearing. Any proposals previously tabled by the Commission may be reviewed at this hearing without benefit of public notice. Any other proposals reviewed by the Commission at this hearing will receive publication in this newspaper at least five days prior to the hearing date. Auxiliary aids and services are available for individuals or groups with disabilities. Please provide one‐week advance notice for such service.
