Cornelius Clark Also in attendance: Sondra Little, Donna Ned I. Approval of the Minutes from the June 23rd, 2011 Board Meeting. John Brown made the motion to approve. Rev. Cornelius Clark seconded the motion. II. Resolution #1 – Resolution authorizing the execution and delivery of documents relative to the fixed rate remarketing of the Series 2002E Bonds originally issued on behalf of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in 2002. John Brown made the motion to approve. Dean Bodnar seconded the motion. Resolution #2 – Approving certain documents and policy statements relative to the Troy IDA Direct Lending Financial Assistance Program. John Brown made the motion to approve. Rev.
