Approval of the Minutes from the August 10th, 2011 Board Meeting. Rev. Cornelius Clark made the motion to approve. Paul Carroll seconded the motion. II. Resolution #1 – [Initial] Project Authorizing Resolution for Financial Assistance to Columbia Chasan Realty, LLC. Tom Keaney Columbia Development John Brown made the motion to approve. Paul Carroll seconded the motion. III. Review of funding request from the Business Improvement District.
