ZB2016-017 Use Variance to allow for a nonconforming use related to a proposal to occupy a vacant lot for vehicle storage at 811 2nd Ave, an R-1 Zone, ID80.32-2-3. Applicant is David Ferris, 815 Second Ave, Troy NY 12182 ZB2016-018 Major Area Variance to allow for a rear setback deficiency and parking deficiency related to a proposal to construct a medical arts building at 454 Hoosick Street, a B-2 Zone ID 101.34-9-2. Applicant is TAP, 210 River Street, Troy, NY 12180.
