January 31, 2019
A goal setting session meeting of the City Council, City of Tulare was held on
Thursday, January 31, 2019 at 9:00 a.m. in the Trade Room of the Tulare
Chamber of Commerce located at 220 East Tulare Avenue.
COUNCIL PRESENT: Jose Sigala, Dennis A. Mederos, Terry A. Sayre
COUNCIL ABSENT: Carlton Jones, Greg Nunley
STAFF PRESENT: Rob Hunt, Mario Zamora, Janice Avila, Wes Hensley, Matt

Mayor Sigala called the goal setting session to order at 9:02 a.m.
2. CITIZEN COMMENTS - Comments from the public are limited to items listed on

begin your comments by stating and spelling your name and providing your city
of residence.
Comments were made by residents of Matheny Tract through Leadership
Counsel for Accountability regarding concerns for water, sewer, street lighting
and sidewalks in their community.
