GENERAL BUSINESS- PUBLIC HEARING (1) Conditional Use Permit No. 2015-11: Adopt Resolution 5156, approving a request by Juan Carlos (Jalisco Tacos) to operate a stationary mobile vending vehicle on property located at 1510 North “J” Street. GENERAL BUSINESS-NON PUBLIC HEARING ITEMS (1) Design Review No. 1070: Adopt Resolution 5157, approving a request by Alfaro Trucking to construct a small office, truck storage, and maintenance shop in support of the trucking business on 2 parcels located at 3241 & 3285 South K Street. Project Planner: Rob Hunt, Community Development Director (2) Design Review No: 1071: Adopt Resolution 5158, approving request by Orosco Development to construct a 16,300 sq. ft. shopping center (4 buildings) on property located on J Street between San Joaquin and Cross Avenue.
