III. CITIZEN COMMENTS- This is the time for citizens to comment on items within the
jurisdiction of the Planning Commission. The Planning Commission cannot legally
discuss or take official action on citizen comments that are introduced tonight. Each
speaker will be allowed three minutes, with a maximum time of 10 minutes per item,
unless otherwise extended by the Planning Commission.

VII. GENERAL BUSINESS- PUBLIC HEARING
(1) Conditional Use Permit No. 2015-11:
Adopt Resolution 5156, approving a request by Juan Carlos (Jalisco Tacos) to
operate a stationary mobile vending vehicle on property located at 1510 North “J”
Street.

VIII. GENERAL BUSINESS-NON PUBLIC HEARING ITEMS
(1) Design Review No. 1070:
Adopt Resolution 5157, approving a request by Alfaro Trucking to construct a small
office, truck storage, and maintenance shop in support of the trucking business on 2
parcels located at 3241 & 3285 South K Street.

(2) Design Review No: 1071:
Adopt Resolution 5158, approving request by Orosco Development to construct a
16,300 sq. ft. shopping center (4 buildings) on property located on J Street between
San Joaquin and Cross Avenue.
