GENERAL BUSINESS- PUBLIC HEARING (1) Mitigated Negative Declaration/ General Plan Amendment No. 2016-02/ Zone Amendment No. 715 and Design Review No. 1078: Consider a request by Housing Authority of Tulare County to construct and operate a 10-unit multi-family facility, to change the current Low Density Residential and Commercial land use to High Density Residential to change the current C-4 (Service Commercial) and R-1-6 (Single Family Residential, 6,000 sq. ft. minimum lot size) zoning to RM-3 (Multi Family Residential, 2,000 sq. ft. lot size per unit) on property located on the northeast corner of Sacramento Street and Inyo Avenue. Adopt Resolution 5185, adopting a mitigated negative declaration for General Plan Amendment No. 2016-02/ Zone Amendment No. 715 and Design Review No. 1078. Adopt Resolution 5186, recommending approval of General Plan Amendment No. 2016-02 and Zone Amendment No. 715 to the City Council for approval. Adopt Resolution 5187, approving Design Review No. 1078.
