GENERAL BUSINESS- PUBLIC HEARING (1) Conditional Use Permit No. 2016-07: Consider a request by Teodo Holdings, LLC for an ABC Type 47 (On Site General) license associated with the operation of a 13,583 sq. ft. auditorium/event rental facility with accompanying, 1,990 sq. ft. bar/lounge and 2,243 sq. ft. restaurant located at 217 North K Street (50 Tower Square). Adopt Resolution 5211 approving Conditional Use Permit No. 2016-07. Project Planner: Traci Myers, Community Development Deputy Director (2) Conditional Use Permit No. 2016-24: Consider a request by Verizon wireless for installation and operation of a cellular antenna and ground equipment on property located at 4450 S. GENERAL BUSINESS-NON PUBLIC HEARING ITEMS Staff recommendation is to continue this item to February 13, 2017 (1) Notice of Intent to Adopt Recirculated Mitigated Negative Declaration/ Design Review No. 1088: Consider a request by the City of Tulare Public Works Department to construct a new water well, 2.0 million gallon concrete water storage tank and associated appurtenances on 6.38 acres of City-owned property located on the southeast corner of Nelder Grove Street and Alpine Avenue (APN 172-040-079).
