CONVENE: 11:08 a.m.
PRESENT: Boardmembers: Robert Drewett, Angela Jefferson, Peter Agabi, Rick Sapp
and Jim Tuggle
Staff: Juli McGarva, Human Resources Program Manager
CALL TO ORDER – Chairperson Sapp called the meeting to order and Clerk McGarva called
ROLL CALL roll.
APPROVAL OF
MINUTES – Boardmember Jefferson moved, seconded by Boardmember Agabi to
NOVEMBER 2021: approve the minutes of December 8, 2022 as submitted. Motion carried
unanimously.
MOTION:
NEW BUSINESS: Boardmember Tuggle made a motion to nominate Boardmember Sapp for
Chair, motion seconded by Boardmember Jefferson. All approved, Motion
carried. Chair Sapp thanked the Boardmembers for their support and asked
for nominations for Vice Chair. Boardmember Jefferson nominated
Boardmember Drewett and with no other nominations and with approval of
all Boardmembers, Boardmember Drewett was elected Vice-Chair.
Boardmember Jefferson stated that she enjoyed working with all the
members in 2022 and looks forward to working with all of them again this
year.
Discussion held regarding meeting date and time for the year 2023. All
agreed to continue with the second Thursday of each month at 11:00 a.m.
The next meeting will be held on March 8, 2023.
ADJOURNMENT: With there being no further business, Chair Sapp requested a motion
to adjourn. Boardmember Tuggle made a motion, seconded by
Boardmember Drewett to adjourn. Meeting adjourned at 11:13 a.m.
