CONVENE: 11:04 a.m.
PRESENT: Boardmembers: Robert Drewett, Angela Jefferson, Peter Agabi, Rick Sapp
and Jim Tuggle
Staff: Juli McGarva, Human Resources Program Manager, Recording
Secretary Cheryl Almon
CALL TO ORDER – Chairperson Sapp called the meeting to order and Clerk McGarva called
ROLL CALL roll.
AGENDA: Boardmember Tuggle moved, Boardmember Jefferson seconded to
approve the agenda, motion carried
APPROVAL OF Boardmember Drewett moved, Boardmember Jefferson seconded to
MINUTES: approve the minutes of February 9, 2023 as submitted. Motion carried
unanimously.
DISCUSSION: Review of submitted claim. After discussion, Boardmember Jefferson
moved, Boardmember Tuggle seconded, motion carried.
Discussion of moving May meeting to be reviewed at April meeting.
NEXT MEETING: The next meeting will be held on April 13, 2023.
ADJOURNMENT: With there being no further business, Chair Sapp requested a motion to
adjourn. Boardmember Agabi motioned, Boardmember Jefferson
seconded, motion carried. Meeting adjourned at 11:16 a.m.
