CONVENE: 11:01 a.m.
PRESENT: Chair Rick Sapp, Boardmembers: Peter Agabi, Bob Drewett
Staff: Michelle Sutherland, Administrative Director, Matt Middleton, HR
Analyst, Recording Secretary Cheryl Almon
Absent: Jim Tuggle, Angela Jefferson,
CALL TO ORDER – Chair Sapp called the meeting to order and called roll.
ROLL CALL
AGENDA: No Changes. Chair Sapp called for motion to accept the agenda,
Boardmember Drewett motioned, Boardmember Agabi seconded, motion
carried.
Boardmember Drewett moved, Boardmember Agabi seconded to approve
APPROVAL OF the minutes of November 30, 2023, as submitted. Motion carried.
MINUTES:
PUBLIC COMMENT No Public Comment
Claim #1: Request presented with documentation, discussion held,
DISCUSSION: Boardmember Agabi moved, Boardmember Sapp seconded, motion to
approve Claim #1 for $29,469.00 carried.
Claim #2: Submission reviewed, discussion held, Boardmember Drewett
moved, Boardmember Agabi seconded, motion to have staff investigate if
this is a continuation of a prior claim and if so, approve for $3,040. If this
is a new claim, Claimant to return with more documentation to the next
meeting.
NEXT MEETING: The next meeting will be held on June 13, 2024.
ADJOURNMENT: With there being no further business, Chair Sapp called for adjournment;
Boardmember Agabi moved, Boardmember Drewett seconded, motion to
adjourn the meeting at 11:46 a.m.
