CONVENE: 11:02 a.m.
PRESENT: Board Members: Chair Rick Sapp, Bob Drewett, Angela Jefferson, Peter
Agabi
Staff: Michelle Sutherland, Administrative Director, Recording Secretary

Absent: Jim Tuggle
CALL TO ORDER – Chair Rick Sapp called the meeting to order and called roll.
ROLL CALL
AGENDA: Chair Rick requested a change to the Agenda: Add discussion of Board
elections. Angela motioned, Peter seconded, motion to approve agenda
carried.
APPROVAL OF Angela motioned, Peter seconded, motion to July 11, 2024, minutes,
MINUTES: motion carried.
PUBLIC COMMENT None
DISCUSSION: Chair Rick’s position up for election. Discussion of process to request
nominations. Michelle to research and bring information to the
November meeting.
Two claims submitted. The Board entered Executive Session to discuss.
Board returned at 11:18.
Claim One – Peter motioned, Angela seconded, all approved, motion
carried.
Claim Two – Angela motioned, Peter seconded, all approved, motion
carried.
NEXT MEETING: November 14, 2024, 11:00 a.m.
ADJOURNMENT: Rick called for motion to adjourn. Angela motioned, Peter seconded, all
approved, motion carried, meeting is adjourned 11:29 a.m..
