CONVENE: 5:45 p.m.
PRESENT: Mayor Debbie Sullivan and Councilmembers Peter Agabi, Michael Althauser,
Joan Cathey, Leatta Dahlhoff, Angela Jefferson, Charlie Schneider, and
Eileen Swarthout.
Staff: City Administrator John Doan, Administrative Services Director James
Trujillo, and City Clerk Melody Variant.
EXECUTIVE Mayor Sullivan convened and recessed the meeting at 5:46 p.m. to conduct an
SESSION: executive session on collective bargaining pursuant to RCW 42.30.140(4)(B)
for approximately 15 minutes.
