Mayor Maddox presented a proclamation proclaiming October 2025 to be “Down Syndrome
Awareness” Month.
Shelley Dorrill with the Tuscaloosa Sister Cities introduced the students from the Shorndorf,
Germany delegation.

Adopted Ordinance no. 9694 adopting zoning amendment no. 19 rezoning approximately 0.55 acres

applicant’s representative was present to answer questions from the Council. No one spoke in
