Scope: Forest Consulting will help the city save money by improving how we negotiate and manage contracts and manage equipment, staffing, and operational decisions. They will advise staff and implement changes in culture that lead to employees thinking more about saving money in their day-to-day work, setting budget goals, and making plans to achieve them. Forest Consulting will also monitor outcomes, check progress, and advise on any revisions needed.
