RECONVENE: 12:00 p.m. Canvassing the results of the Runoff Municipal Election held April 1, 2025, including those votes cast on provisional ballots. Declaring the results of the Runoff Municipal Election held April 1, 2025, to include votes cast on provisional ballots, to elect the City Council member for District 1 of City of Tuscaloosa. (OCA-23-0830) PP2-3 There were no votes cast on provisional ballots during the April 1, 2025, Runoff Municipal Election. Certifying and declaring the Runoff Municipal Election; City Councilmember for District 1 of the City of Tuscaloosa. (OCA-23-0830) PP4-6 2. POLICY IMPLEMENTATION Mayor: Subject to the exercise of mayoral veto on ordinances of a general nature or permanent operation, all applicable departments are hereby ordered to otherwise implement council policy this date enacted. 3.
