4-6-2018 Marine Science Center AD HOC Committee

SITE VISIT NOTES CITY OF TYBEE ISLAND March 28, 2018 Site Visit 9:00 am Attendees: Shawn Gillen George Shaw, Wanda Doyle, Maria Procopio, Craig Clements The site visit began at the Marine Science Center, 1509 Strand. Maria Procopio gave an overview of the TIMSC and the purpose of the Center. Craig Clements discussed the new TIMSC building site, footprint, and gave an overview of the proposed new building. After a brief tour of the Marine Science Center, the site visit moved to the Tybee Shrine Club to view the footprint of the proposed new facility. Mr. Clements explained the proposed building and recreational space. The site visit concluded. A quorum of city council members may be present which would constitute a meeting.
