City Council Public Hearing Synopsis, June 27, 2024
Mayor West called the special meeting to order at 10:00AM, June 27, 2024. Those in
attendance were Nick Sears, Monty Parks, Spec Hosti, Kathryn Williams, Tony Ploughe
and Bill Garbett. Also attending were Interim City Manager Michelle Owens and Jan
LeViner, Clerk of Council.

Public Hearing
Second Reading of the proposed Millage Rate. Monty Parks made a motion to
approve the rate of 3.542. Kathryn Williams seconded. Vote was unanimous to
approve, 6-0
Spec Hosti made a motion to adjourn. Monty Parks seconded. Vote was unanimous
to approve, 6-0.
Meeting adjourned at 10:15AM.
