Infrastructure Committee
In attendance: Shawn Gillen, George Shaw, Peter Gulbronson, Shari Haynes,
Stanley Bearden, Barry Brown, Haley Hill, Monty Parks, Alice Jonsson
Meeting Called to Order at 10:05 by Shawn Gillen.
Draft Minutes from 2-13-20 – Unanimously approved.
Peter Gulbronson - the backflow-preventers are ordered and will be installed as
soon as possible.
Peter Gulbronson - the replacement parts for the clarifier will be in by March 12th.
Peter Gulbronson - we are looking at Aug. – Dec. timeframe for lighting the
fields.
Peter Gulbronson - Marsh Hen Trail fencing will be up soon. DPW crews are very
busy.
Shawn Gillen – would like to wait a year to monitor traffic flow.
Peter Gulbronson – working on the South End showers. The bids were too high, so
coming up with alternative solutions.
Peter Gulbronson and Shawn Gillen – will try out vacuum street cleaner after the
parade.
Shawn Gillen – working to pre-certify smaller construction contractors.
Barry Brown made a motion to adjourn the meeting. George Shaw seconded.
Meeting adjourned at 11:06.
