City Council Synopsis, November 1, 2024 Mayor West called the Special City Council meeting to order at 10:00AM, November 1, 2024. Monty Parks, Kathryn Williams, and Bill Garbett. Also attending was Michelle Owens, Assistant City Manager. Opening Ceremonies Call to Order Items for Consideration 1. Contract - Interim City Clerk. Monty Parks made a motion to approve. Kathryn Williams seconded. Vote was unanimous, 3-0. Kathryn Williams made a motion to adjourn. Bill Garbett seconded. Vote was unanimous to approve, 3-0.
