April 12, 2012 Tyrone Planning Commission Agenda 7:00 P.M. Call to Order- Chairman Shenkle called the meeting to order at 7:05 p.m. Tyrone Planning Commission Approval of Agenda Commissioner Sanak made a motion to Gordon Shenkle approve the agenda. Commissioner Jefferson seconded the Chairman motion approved 3-0. David Nebergall Vice-Chairman Approval of Minutes – September 22, 2011 October 13, 2011 Chris Wigginton October 27, 2011 Judy Jefferson November 10, 2011 Michael Sanak January 26, 2012 February 23, 2012 Staff March 22, 2012 Brandon Perkins – Interim Town Manager Commissioner Jefferson made a motion to approve the Dennis Davenport – Town minutes as corrected by Dina Rimi. Commissioner Sanak Attorney seconded the motion; approved 3-0. Dina Rimi- Zoning and Development Coordinator New Business 1. Discussion on site plan for New Heritage Church Meeting Information 2nd and 4th Thursday of each Commissioner Jefferson made a motion to approve month the site plan for New Heritage Church as is. 881 Senoia Road Commissioner Sanak seconded the motion; approved Tyrone, GA 30290 3-0 770-487-4038 2. Discussion and Review of Through fare Plan Web Site www.tyrone.org This item will be discussed again at the May 10, 2012 Planning Commission workshop. 3.
