Owner is seeking a Town Manager Patrick Stough variance to the town Zoning Ordinance as to permit the Town Attorney expansion of a business to build over the current setbacks Phillip Trocquet toward the road. The proposed amount is a front yard Zoning & Development Coordinator encroachment of thirty five (35) feet. Specific relief is Dee Baker requested from section 5-17 of the Zoning Ordinance.
