Council Member Linda Howard was absent.
Mayor Dial called the meeting to order.
Approval of Agenda
Council Member Furr made a motion to approve the agenda with the change of date to January
12th.
Council Member Housley seconded the motion.
Executive Session
1. Discussion regarding one (1) item of Real Estate Acquisition.
Council Member Matthews made a motion to move into Executive Session to discuss one item
of Real Estate Acquisition.
Council Member Furr seconded the motion. Motion was approved 3-0.
Council met in Executive Session. Mr. Davenport briefed Council regarding one item of real
estate acquisition.

Council Member Furr seconded the motion. Motion was approved 3-0.
Adjournment
Council Member Furr made a motion to adjourn. Motion was approved 3-0. The meeting
adjourned at 3:37 pm.
