Town Attorney Dennis Davenport

Planning & Zoning Coordinator Phillip Trocquet
Recreation Manager Mitch Bowman
Public Works Supervisor Billy Campbell
Council Member Ken Matthews was absent
Mayor Dial opened the meeting and gave the Invocation which was followed by the Pledge of
Allegiance.
A Council Member Housley made a motion to approve the agenda.
Council Member Howard seconded the motion. Motion was approved 3-0.
Public Hearing:
FY 2018-19 Budget
Ms. Beach presented the budget to Council including changes made that were requested at the
Budget Workshop meeting.
Mayor Dial questioned if Mr. Bowman was in need of mats for activities at the Recreation
Center. Mr. Lynn stated that he contacted him and he stated that there was no need at this time.
Mayor Dial opened the public hearing for anyone that wished to speak in favor of the item.
No one spoke.

Adjournment
Council Member Housley made a motion to adjourn. Council Member Furr seconded the motion.
Motion was approved 3-0. The meeting adjourned at 6:41 pm.
