Same person, one entity, which is a legal 24 entity, a legal person under the law, a 25 corporation is transferring it from Congo Cafe to  24 1 Manchego. All the papers are in satisfactory 2 order. The licensee has been fingerprinted, that 3 has passed. They dotted all the I's, crossed all 4 the T's and there's no reason it can't be 5 transferred. The licensee, Ms. Calvo, will start 6 under a different name.
