Just make sure that's emailed 14 down today, that resolution, once we pass it. 15 Mail it and maybe you can forward it down by 16 email, too. We're waiting on a payment so we're 17 continuing the work on Bergenline from 43rd to 18 37th, so I just got to make sure it's sent because 19 the contract has been awarded with the money that 20 we have. 21 MS. GONZALEZ: For the record, Ramon 25 Gonzalez on behalf of the Union City ABC.  20 1 Mayor, Commissioners, I just wanted to 2 report before we started with the resolutions for 3 the renewals, I guess I'm here about a year now. 4 And I just needed to report -- and I think it's 5 important that the Mayor and the Commissioners 6 know what we've done. About a year ago, I said 7 that we're going to be preparing comprehensive 8 list of all the liquor licenses, that way we can 9 keep track of it and have a very comprehensive 10 system. 11 I can now report to the Mayor and 12 Commissioners we have in fact done that. With the 13 help of Sergeant Zeron and Janet in the record 14 room, it's been a big task, but we were able to do 15 it. With the help of Lieutenant Dunlay, we've 16 moved on all the violations. We are current on 17 all of them and we're starting to see less and 18 less. 19 Also with the help of Mary from my 20 office, we've been diligent in preparing the 21 resolutions. So just so the Board is aware, the 22 resolutions, when they're prepared, sometimes they 23 would be kicked back from the state because the 24 names were incorrect and we'd have to do double 25 the work. So we don't have to do. What I have  21 1 prepared, with the help of Sergeant Zeron, is all 2 the liquor licenses that we're going to renew 3 today and not all of them are going to be renewed. 4 The town has a total of 92 liquor licenses, 67 are 5 going to be renewed today because people complied 6 with all the requirements. Fifteen are almost 7 ready to be renewed, but cannot because they've 8 not received tax clearance. Ten of them cannot be 9 renewed because they didn't do anything that's 10 required. 11 Just so the Board understands what's 12 required, they have to obviously pay the fees, 13 they have to log on, they have to get tax 14 clearance, and they have to go and have a -- take 15 classes on the responsibility of liquor licenses. 16 That was done a couple weeks ago, and I'd like to 17 thank Justin also because he helped us at the high 18 school to have the ability to do it there. That 19 was done free of charge. So the town also does a 20 lot for the license holders so they know their 21 responsibility. That was a few hours, it was lot 22 of work, Lieutenant Dunlay did it. It didn't cost 23 the town anything. Prior occasions, they got 24 outside services I heard and that would cost the 25 town. It hasn't cost the town anything.  22 1 So like I said, we have a lot of 2 licenses to renew. And the last thing I want to 3 say and this is really because of Sergeant Zeron, 4 Lieutenant Dunlay, Janet and Mary, two weeks ago I 5 received a call from another town from an 6 individual who does the ABC and they asked me how 7 we did it. And I said -- and I started explaining 8 to him. And I asked how did you find out to call 9 us. They said the state told him to call us.
