We 11 have two matters on today. The first one is Don 12 Luis Restaurant Corporation trading as La 13 Churreria. Present, we have Ana Moreida. 14 Just so the Board is aware, this matter 15 has been on several times. One of the issues that 16 arose was that there was an application that had 17 to be in the establishment. Unfortunately, as the 18 Board knows, or I hope they know, the dad who was 19 the owner passed away and they've been trying to 20 settle the estate. I've been in contact with the 21 attorney representing them and they have been 22 working hard at it. 23 Luckily, last week, I received a call 24 from Ana Moreida, who found the original 25 application, it's now in place. I know Sergeant  24 1 Zeron is here, she's reviewed it. Detect Dunlay 2 has also reviewed it. 3 Now that it's in place and she's in 4 compliance and she understands that it's required 5 to be there, that's the paper violation she has, I 6 think it would be adequate with a warning that she 7 understands it must be there. 8 MAYOR STACK: Absolutely, that's fine. 9 MR. His client is making 12 application to this Board to be the sole owner, 13 he's purchased out the other individuals that were 14 partners with him, which were legally approved as 15 license holders. So we're not adding anybody in, 16 we're actually taking people out. And the person 17 who's going to be in charge is already an owner 18 and approved by this Board. 19 Now, this is important because there was 20 a lot of conditions that had been placed on it. 21 Just because there's a transfer doesn't change the 22 conditions. My recommendation would be that this 23 Board approve it under the circumstances and, of 24 course, the conditions that were on the license 25 placed on the Board when it was originally  27 1 purchased remain. 2 That's my recommendation, that was my 3 understanding with Mr. Wiley. And I think if they 4 accept those terms, my recommendation would be for 5 approval, since he is already an owner of it. 6 MAYOR STACK: Okay, sure. 7 MR.
