1. CALL SPECIAL MEETING TO ORDER
Mayor Keel called the Special Meeting to order at 6:30 p.m.

2. EXECUTIVE SESSION

At 6:31 p.m., the City Council recessed to Executive Session for approximately one and a half hour, per
RCW 42.30.110(1)(g), to review the performance of a public employee. No Council action was taken.

At 8:27 p.m. and 8:56 p.m., Mayor Keel announced that the Executive Session will be extended for 30
minutes respectively.
3. ADJOURNMENT

The meeting adjourned at 9:10 p.m. No other action followed.
