CITY OF UNIVERSITY PLACE MINUTES Special Meeting of the City Council Monday, October 25, 2021 1. CALL SPECIAL MEETING TO ORDER Mayor Belleci called the Special Meeting to order at 6:01 p.m. 2. ROLL CALL UN Roll call was taken by the City Clerk as follows: Councilmember Figueroa Present Councilmember Keel Present Councilmember McCluskey Present OF Councilmember Flemming Mayor Pro Tem Worthington Mayor Belleci Present Present Present FI Staff Present: City Attorney Kaser, Administrative Services Director Petorak, and City Clerk Genetia. Guest: Michael Pendleton (Michael Pendleton Consulting, LLC) CI A Mayor Belleci indicated that the Executive Session will be rescheduled to a future meeting in the event of technical difficulties. 3. EXECUTIVE SESSION LD At 6:02 p.m., the City Council recessed to Executive Session for approximately two hours, per RCW 42.30.110(1)(g), to review the performance of a public employee. OC At 7:46 p.m. and 8:13 p.m., Mayor Belleci announced that the Executive Session will be extended to 8:15 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. respectively. 4.
