Review of Urbana Arts Grants Proposed Changes Public Arts Coordinator Rachel Storm will facilitate a review of proposed changes to the Urbana Arts Grant Program. 6. New Business a. Recommendation to Establish an Arts and Culture Commission Public Arts Coordinator Rachel Storm will present drafted ordinance changes for proposed Arts and Culture Commission. 7.
