Smyth, City Clerk URBANA CITY COUNCIL PUBLIC HEARING MINUTES Monday, June 10, 2019 The Urbana City Council held a public hearing Monday, June 10, 2019 at 7 p.m. in the Council Chambers at the Urbana City Building, 400 S. Vine Street, Urbana, Illinois to receive public input on the FY 2019 – 2020 Annual Budget. ELECTED OFFICIALS PHYSICALLY PRESENT: Bill Brown, Dean Hazen, Eric Jakobsson, Jared Miller, Maryalice Wu, Diane Wolfe Marlin, Charles Smyth ELECTED OFFICIALS PRESENT VIA TELECONFERENCE: none ELECTED OFFICIALS ABSENT: Dennis Roberts STAFF PRESENT: Carol Mitten, James Simon, Charles Lauss, John Schneider, Kris Francisco, Elizabeth Hannan, Libby Horwitz OTHERS PRESENT: Members of the Media (News-Gazette) I. CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL With a quorum present, Mayor Marlin called the public hearing to order at 7:00 p.m. Mayor Marlin opened the hearing and stated the purpose of the hearing, to receive public input on the Fiscal Year 2019-2020 annual budget. Mayor Marlin opened the public hearing. No one came forward. II. PUBLIC INPUT There was none. III. ADJOURNMENT There being no further comments or questions, Mayor Marlin closed the public hearing at 7:02 p.m. Charles A.
