Smyth, City Clerk URBANA CITY COUNCIL PUBLIC HEARING MINUTES Monday, March 9, 2020 The Urbana City Council held a public hearing Monday, March 9, 2020 at 7 p.m. in the Council Chambers at the Urbana City Building, 400 S. Vine Street, Urbana, Illinois to receive public input concerning a proposed annexation agreement between the City of Urbana and Olympian Properties Development, LLC. The proposed agreement is for a tract of land consisting of approximately 0.26 acres and generally located at 1909 Brownfield Road in unincorporated Champaign County. The tract has a permanent index number of 30-21-03-302-006. ELECTED OFFICIALS PHYSICALLY PRESENT: City Council Members Bill Brown, Eric Jakobsson, Jared Miller, Dennis Roberts, Maryalice Wu, Mayor Diane Wolfe Marlin, City Clerk Charles Smyth ELECTED OFFICIALS PRESENT VIA TELECONFERENCE: none ELECTED OFFICIALS ABSENT: Ward 6 Vacant STAFF PRESENT: Carol Mitten, James Simon, Elizabeth Hannan, Lorrie Pearson, Lily Wilcock, Alysa Jaje OTHERS PRESENT: None I. CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL With a quorum present, Mayor Marlin called the public hearing to order at 7:00 p.m. Mayor Marlin stated the purpose of the hearing as provided above. Mayor Marlin then opened the public hearing asking if anyone wished to speak. II. PUBLIC INPUT There was none. III. ADJOURNMENT There being no comments or questions, Mayor Marlin closed the public hearing at 7:01 p.m. Charles A.
