CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL There being a quorum, Mayor Prussing called the special meeting of the Urbana City Council to order at 5:30 p.m. II. CLOSED SESSION: COLLECTIVE BARGAINING ISSUES, PURSUANT 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(2) Alderman Smyth made a motion to go into closed session for the purpose of discussing collective bargaining issues pursuant 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(2). Alderman Roberts seconded.
