Visioning Activity Mayor Diane Marlin will introduce the visioning initiative. Planner Christopher Marx will then lead the activity for Advisory Board members as well as any farmers market vendors who are present. b. Art & Performance at the Market Update Public Arts Coordinator Rachel Storm will present on recent and upcoming activities and performances at the Market. c. Planning for the Future of Urbana’s Market at the Square Facility Economic Development Manager Brandon Boys will ask the Advisory Board to provide initial input on how to plan for the future of the Market’s facility. 6. New Business a. Recommendation of 2017 Season Urbana’s Market at the Square Annual Report Market Coordinator Bryan Heaton will present the 2017 Annual Report. 7.
