Clark, Town Clerk CUNNINGHAM TOWNSHIP BOARD MEETING February 4, 2013 The Cunningham Township Board met in regular session Monday, February 4, 2013 at 7 p.m. in the Council Chambers at the Urbana City Building, 400 S. Vine Street, Urbana, Illinois. ELECTED OFFICIALS PHYSICALLY PRESENT: Chair: Laurel Lunt Prussing Trustees: Charlie Smyth; Robert Lewis; Brandon Bowersox-Johnson; Dennis Roberts; Heather Stevenson; Diane W. Marlin Town Clerk: Phyllis D. Clark Supervisor: Carol Elliott Assessor: Daniel Stebbins ELECTED OFFICIALS PRESENT VIA TELECONFERENCE: None ELECTED OFFICIALS ABSENT: Eric Jakobsson OTHERS PRESENT: Fred Grosser; Members of the Media A. ROLL CALL Chair Prussing called the meeting of the Cunningham Township Board to order at 7:01 p.m. B. APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING Trustee Robert Lewis made a motion to approve the minutes of the meeting held January 7, 2013. Trustee Charlie Smyth seconded. The motion carried by voice vote. C. COMMITTEE TO VERIFY BILLS The following items were presented in omnibus fashion: 1. Town Fund 2. General Assistance Fund Trustee Heather Stevenson made a motion to approve the Town Fund in the amount of $68,391.50 and the General Assistance Fund in the amount of $60,540.26 Trustee Robert Lewis seconded. The motion carried by voice vote. D. REPORTS OF OFFICERS There were none. E. PETITIONS AND COMMUNICATIONS There were none. F.
