Clark, Town Clerk CUNNINGHAM TOWNSHIP BOARD MEETING December 2, 2013 The Cunningham Township Board met in regular session Monday, December 2, 2013 at 7 p.m. in the Council Chambers at the Urbana City Building, 400 S. Vine Street, Urbana, Illinois. ELECTED OFFICIALS PHYSICALLY PRESENT: Chair: Laurel Lunt Prussing Trustees: Carol Ammons; Bill Brown; Michael P. Madigan; Diane W. Marlin; Dennis Roberts; Charlie Smyth Town Clerk: Phyllis Clark Supervisor: Michelle Mayol Assessor: Daniel Stebbins ELECTED OFFICIALS PRESENT VIA TELECONFERENCE: None ELECTED OFFICIALS ABSENT: Eric Jakobsson OTHERS PRESENT: Fred Grosser; Members of the Media A. ROLL CALL Chair Prussing called the meeting of the Cunningham Township Board to order at 7:00 p.m. B. APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING Trustee Dennis Roberts made a motion to approve the minutes of the meeting held November 04, 2013. Trustee Carol Ammons seconded. Ms. Mayol made corrections to minutes “item D” last name should be Mayol not Mayor and “item F” should also have effective date of November 1, 2013. After corrections motion carried by voice vote. C. COMMITTEE TO VERIFY BILLS The following items were presented in omnibus fashion: 1. Town Fund 2. General Assistance Fund Trustee Dennis Roberts made a motion to approve the Town Fund in the amount of $71,101.06 and the General Assistance Fund in the amount of $28,804.30 Trustee Diane Marlin seconded. The motion carried by voice vote. D. REPORTS OF OFFICERS There were none. E. PETITIONS AND COMMUNICATIONS There were none. F. UNFINISHED BUSINESS There were none. G. NEW BUSINESS Cunningham Township Board Meeting Minutes: December 2, 2013 1. Ordinance No. T-2013-12-003: Tax Levy Ordinance Town of Cunningham (Collectible 2014) Michelle Mayol, Township supervisor presented this item for approval. Trustee Charlie Smyth made a motion to approve Ordinance No. T-2013-12-003 as presented. Trustee Carol Ammons seconded. Motion carried by roll call. Vote was as follows: Ammons – Aye Marlin - Aye Brown – Aye Roberts - Aye Madigan – Nay Smyth – Aye Mayor Prussing – Aye H. ADJOURNMENT There being no further business to come before the Cunningham Town Board, Chair Prussing declared the meeting adjourned at 7:08 p.m. Wendy M.
