Clark, Town Clerk CUNNINGHAM TOWNSHIP BOARD Monday, June 1, 2015 The Cunningham Township Board met in Regular session Monday, June 1, 2015 at 7 p.m. in the Council Chambers at the Urbana City Building, 400 S. Vine Street, Urbana, Illinois. ELECTED OFFICIALS PHYSICALLY PRESENT: Chair: Laurel Lunt Prussing Trustees: Aaron Ammons; Bill Brown; Eric Jakobsson; *Michael P. Madigan; Diane Marlin; Dennis Roberts; Charles Smyth Town Clerk: Phyllis Clark Supervisor: Absent Assessor: Absent ELECTED OFFICIALS PRESENT VIA TELECONFERENCE: ELECTED OFFICIALS ABSENT: Township Supervisor Michelle Mayol; Township Assessor Dan Stebbins *Trustee Madigan joined the meeting at 7:04pm OTHERS PRESENT: Deana Landess, Fred Grosser, Members of the Media A. ROLL CALL Chair Prussing called the meeting of the Cunningham Township Board to order at 7:00 p.m. B. APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING Trustee Dennis Roberts made a motion to approve minutes from previous meeting. Trustee Aaron Ammons seconded. Motion carried by voice vote. Township Clerk Phyllis D. Clark addressed Township to correct the vote as there were no minutes included on this agenda. Chair Prussing rescinded Motion. C. COMMITTEE TO VERIFY BILLS The following items were presented in omnibus fashion: 1. Town Fund 2. General Assistance Fund Trustee Dennis Roberts made a motion to approve the Town Fund in the amount of $46,971.84 General Assistance Fund in the amount of $17,780.48. Trustee Charles Smyth seconded. PETITIONS AND COMMUNICATIONS Janell Hardy addressed the Township Board in favor of Consolidated Social Service Funding. F. UNFINISHED BUSINESS There was none. G. NEW BUSINESS 1. Resolution No. T-2015-06-002R: Resolution Ascertaining Prevailing Rate of Wages (2015) Trustee Charles Smyth made a motion to approve Resolution No. T- 2015-06-002R. Trustee Roberts seconded. Motion carried by voice vote. 2. Closed and Open Session to Consider Per Mr. Grosser there is no need to go into closed session at this time. Mr. Grosser gave a brief update regarding the Carle Appeal. ***Trustee Smyth made a motion to have a Budget Committee meeting June 15, 2015. Trustee Roberts seconded. Motion carried by voice vote. H. ADJOURNMENT There being no further business to come before the Cunningham Town Board, Chair Prussing declared the meeting adjourned at 7:11p.m. Wendy M.
