Due to the Governor and Mayoral Emergency Declarations, this meeting was conducted by virtual attendance via Zoom. ELECTED OFFICIALS PHYSICALLY PRESENT: Chair: Diane Wolfe Marlin Township Clerk: Phyllis D. Clark ELECTED OFFICIALS PRESENT VIA TELECONFERENCE: Trustees: Maryalice Wu, Chris Evans, Shirese Hursey*, Jaya Kolisetty, Chaundra Bishop, Grace Wilken, James Quisenberry* Supervisor: Danielle Chynoweth Assessor: Wayne Williams* *Denotes attendance after roll ELECTED OFFICIALS ABSENT: None OTHERS PRESENT: Frederic Grosser, Bourema Ouedraogo, Darcy Sandefur I. ROLL CALL With a quorum virtually present, Chair Marlin called the meeting of the Cunningham Township Board to order at 6:00pm. II. APPROVAL OF MINUTES December 13th, 2021 Public Rearing and Regular meeting Motion by Trustee Wu to approve and seconded by Trustee Bishop. Vote by roll call: AYE: Wu, Evans, Kolisetty, Bishop, Wilken, Quisenberry NAY: None III. ADDITIONS TO THE AGENDA None. IV. PUBLIC INPUT None. V. COMMITTEE TO VERIFY BILLS a. Town Fund b. General Assistance Fund Presented by Supervisor Danielle Chynoweth. Supervisor detailed expenses of $64,317. 16 from the Town Fund, $77,895 in the General Assistance Fund, and a combined total of $142, 376.11 in expenditures. Provided an update on programmatic service statistics for the last month. Announced upcoming projects to help incentivize COVID vaccinations. Questions and discussion ensued. REPORTS OF OFFICERS Supervisor Danielle Chenoweth presented the mid-year financial report and service statistics. Updated on programmatic changes and efforts made to connect residents with external resources. Provided updates on agency street outreach efforts and eviction prevention advocacy. Shared service statistics year to date. Explained where the expenditures lie in relation to the budgeted amount for this point in the year. Questions and discussion ensued. Assessor Wayne Williams had no report. VII. UNFINISHED BUSINESS None. VIII. NEW BUSINESS a. Resolution No. T-2022-1-001R: Resolution Authorizing the Cunningham Township Assessor to Sign a Contract with Pictometry International Corp. for Connect View Web Visualization Offering Presented by Wayne Williams Cunningham Township Assessor. Resolution allows Assessor to put pictometry imagery on the website so that they would be publicly accessible. Questions and discussion ensued.
