Vine Street, Urbana, IL, 61801 The Cunningham Township Board met in special session Monday, May 16, 2022 at 7 p.m. in the Urbana City Council Chambers. ELECTED OFFICIALS PHYSICALLY PRESENT: Chair: Diane Wolfe Marlin Township Clerk: Phyllis Clark Trustees: Maryalice Wu, Chris Evans, Shirese Hursey, Jaya Kolisetty, Chaundra Bishop, Grace Wilken, James Quisenberry Supervisor: None Assessor: Wayne Williams ELECTED OFFICIALS ABSENT: Township Supervisor Danielle Chynoweth OTHERS PRESENT: Bourema Ouedraogo, I. ROLL CALL With a quorum present, Chair Marlin called the meeting of the Cunningham Township Board to order at 10:20 p.m. II. ADDITIONS TO THE AGENDA None. III. PUBLIC INPUT None. *Motion to extend meeting to 10:40 p.m. by trustee Wu and seconded by trustee Hursey. Voice vote: AYE: Wu, Evans, Hursey, Kolisetty, Bishop, Wilken, Quisenberry NAY: None IV. REPORTS OF OFFICERS No reports from officers. V. UNFINISHED BUSINESS a. Resolution T-2022-04-011R: Resolution Authorizing the Township Assessor to Sign an Agreement Between the Cunningham Township Assessor’s Office and CoStar Group Presented by Township Assessor Williams. Item previously has been before the body at the regular April and May Cunningham Township meetings. Item allows Assessor to sign a contract with CoStar for license agreements. Software provides access to data for real time valuation of commercial properties. Questions and discussion ensued. Council agreed to authorize a three year contract in the amount of $320 per month. Motion to approve by trustee Wilken and seconded by trustee Quisenberry. Vote by roll call: AYE: Wu, Evans, Hursey, Kolisetty, Bishop, Wilken, Quisenberry NAY: None VI.
