Vine Street, Urbana, IL, 61801 The Cunningham Township Board met in special session Monday, May 23, 2022 at 8 p.m. in the Urbana City Council Chambers. ELECTED OFFICIALS PHYSICALLY PRESENT: Chair: Diane Wolfe Marlin Township Clerk: Phyllis Clark Trustees: Maryalice Wu, Chris Evans, Jaya Kolisetty, Chaundra Bishop, Grace Wilken, James Quisenberry Supervisor: None Assessor: Wayne Williams ELECTED OFFICIALS ABSENT: Township Supervisor Danielle Chynoweth; Trustee Shirese Hursey OTHERS PRESENT: Bourema Ouedraogo, I. ROLL CALL With a quorum present, Chair Marlin called the meeting of the Cunningham Township Board to order at 8 p.m. II. ADDITIONS TO THE AGENDA None. III. PUBLIC INPUT None. IV. REPORTS OF OFFICERS No reports from officers. V. UNFINISHED BUSINESS a. Resolution No. T-2022-05-012R: A Resolution Authorizing the Cunningham Township Assessor to Sign a Contract with the Fidlar Companies for Access to Laredo Software Presented by Township Assessor Williams. Authorizes the assessor to sign an agreement to access to property software utilized by the County Recorder of Deeds. Allows for digital access to property deeds without having to go to the County. The software has the most current record of new construction within Urbana. Motion to approve by trustee Bishop and seconded by trustee Quisenberry.  Vote by roll call: AYE: Wu, Evans, Kolisetty, Bishop, Wilken, Quisenberry NAY: None VI.
