ROLL CALL Chair Prussing called the meeting of the Cunningham Township Board to order at 7:04 p.m. B. APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING There were none. C. Approval of Agenda for Annual Town Meeting that will take place on April 14, 2015 at 6pm at the City of Urbana City Council Chambers. Alderman Smyth made a motion to approve the Annual Town Board Meeting. Alderman Roberts seconded. Motion carried by voice vote. H. ADJOURNMENT There being no further business to come before the Cunningham Town Board, Chair Prussing declared the meeting adjourned at 7:06p.m. Wendy M.
