APPROVED CITY OF URBANA, ILLINOIS SUSTAINABILITY ADVISORY COMMISSION AND TREE COMMISSION Council Chambers, Urbana City Building Tuesday, September 14, 2021 Commissioners Present: (SAC) Tomas Delgado, Maddy Garbacz, Stacy Gloss, Andrew Stumpf, Morgan White, (Tree) Carol Augspurger, Stewart Berlocher, Jackson Bird, Alex Julius, Bridget McGill, Michael Stevenson Commissioners Absent: Jessica Lehmkuhl (SAC), Grace Wilken (SAC), Marshall Belville Staff Present: Scott Tess, Kevin Sanderson Call to Order, Roll Call, and Declaration of Quorum Chair Gloss called the meeting to order, a roll was called and a quorum was present for both commissions. Public Input No public input at this time. Commission Introductions SAC Chair Gloss and Tree Commission Chair Ausgpurger started introductions between commission members. Presentation Street Tree Study Report Scott Tess and Kevin Sanderson presented the Street Tree Study Report to the body. A discussion ensued. (See attachments for presentation details. Adjournment Commission Member McGill moved to adjourn the meeting. Commission Member Julius seconded the motion. All members approved. With no further discussion, the meeting was adjourned.
