City of Utica Board of Estimate & Apportionment – Regular Meeting February 7, 2022 The meeting is called to order at 3:46p.m. Present: Robert M. Palmieri, Mayor; Michael P. Galime, Common Council President; William C. Morehouse, Comptroller; David Short, Department of Public Works Commissioner; Celeste Friend, Councilmember 3rd Ward Also Present: Heather Mowat, Budget Director; Melissa Sciortino, City Clerk Mayor Robert M. Palmieri presents the Proposed Budget for the 2022 – 2023 Fiscal Year to the Board of Estimate and Apportionment. Motion from Mayor Palmieri to introduce and lay on the table. Motion seconded by President Galime Estimate and Apportionment will vote on the proposed 2022-2023 budget on February 14, 2022. Motion to adjourn made by Councilmember Friend Motion seconded by President Galime The meeting is adjourned at 3:59p.m. Melissa Sciortino, Secretary.
